Can you make beautiful products and protect the planet? This is a question I constantly ask myself. At Publicwill, we’re trying to do both.
I’m excited to announce that we are joining 1% for the Planet, a global network of businesses and non-profits working to help make a more healthy planet.
Why become part of this group?
When I started Publicwill, I wanted to build a brand that represented all aspects of my life.
We made sure giving back is core to our business. We are committed to lessening our footprint – that’s why we manufacture in the US. We are constantly on the search for more sustainable and eco-friendly materials.
But we wanted to do more for the environment.
We will give 1% of our sales to organizations that support cleaning up oceans and protecting open spaces. We want to make sure that everyone who supports our company by buying our products knows that we are giving back to help protect the environment.
So what does this mean?
We will be sharing a lot of information on the materials we source. We will talk about the organizations we support and the important work that they are doing. And we will showcase the beauty we see around us every day.
